Yesterday, Sunday 23 August 2026, the Team France from the Koronin Gallery — accompanied by Isabelle Morin by her side — visited the 5-star hotel La Clef Tour Eiffel, located on Avenue Kléber in Paris (16th arrondissement). The aim: to celebrate and discover the new solo exhibition by our dear friend Tamhuy.

An artistic friendship steeped in loyalty

Tamhuy and the Koronin Gallery, it’s a long story. He has been with us since the gallery opened in 2015, and our connection actually dates back to his student days at the School of Fine Arts.

Originally from Hanoi, Nguyen Hoang Huy — known as Tamhuy — has established himself over the years as a first-rate abstract painter. After undergoing rigorous training in ‘French-style’ academic painting,rooted in figurative art,he gradually developed his own artistic language.

His approach is enriched by his experience of Buddhism, a quest for freedom of conscience and the experimental spirit inherited from the Gutai movement. Through his paintings, he explores inner movement and that delicate boundary where chaos and harmony interact.

Serenity at the heart of the movement

In Tamhuy’s works, it is an understatement to say that everything is in motion. And yet, a great sense of serenity emanates from them: every brushstroke, every splatter, every mass naturally finds its place within the space of the canvas.

The whole team would like to extend their warmest thanks to Tamhuy for this exceptional occasion. Seeing one of our long-standing artists exhibit in such a prestigious hotel in the heart of the 16th arrondissement is something… deeply satisfying and well-deserved!
